• Go to www.napsa.co.zm and click on the Online Service button. Find the Employee Login section and click on the Sign-Up button. Choose the Existing Member option and click proceed.

• Provide your personal details as shown on your NRC (National Registration Card) and click proceed.

• Enter your primary and/or secondary phone numbers, email address, and grant NAPSA permission to use the information you provided. Click proceed.

• Enter the OTPs (One-Time Passwords) sent to your phone and email, and click proceed. Choose and answer three questions, then click proceed.

• Attach scanned copies of both sides of your NRC and a passport-size photo. Click Finish to submit your application.

• Wait for approval and receive your login credentials via SMS and email.
